I’m Thankful for Jabz Because…

November 18, 2020 11:11 pm

This year has certainly thrown its fair share of punches, but here at Jabz, our team is committed to creating a positive, empowering environment that can withstand any obstacle. Our owners are certainly thankful for Jabz and the relationships they’ve developed with communities across the country, from the corporate team and franchisee network to our incredible base of dedicated members.

Read on to learn more from two of our owners about why they’re thankful for Jabz, their inspiration for joining the brand, the support they’ve received and more!

Samantha Ford – Owner of Jabz North Phoenix

I’m thankful for Jabz because…

…Jabz has given me the opportunity to build a community of amazing women and be part of something bigger than myself.

What kind of support do you receive from the Jabz team? How has it helped you to grow your business?

The Jabz team gave me the confidence and resources I needed to open the studio and the freedom to grow as an owner. This year in particular, the stability and structure of our corporate team was extremely beneficial. I appreciate that they are open to our feedback and trust our opinions and insight as owners.

Can you share a piece of advice for someone wanting to get into franchising?

Do your due diligence and vet the people that you’re going to be investing in. You want to make sure that you feel comfortable and confident in the brand and the people behind it.

When it comes to friends and family, don’t share everything. Your loved ones have good intentions and want to give you their honest advice out of love and support, but you can’t let the doubts of others keep you from fulfilling your dreams.

In hindsight, I’m glad that I took the risk to invest in a franchise. I’ve learned a lot; I went through a lot and I don’t think I would have made it through if it wasn’t for Jabz. I’m forever grateful for the community around me – the friendships and connections I’ve built through Jabz will last a lifetime.

Neena Ciallella – Co-Owner of Jabz Voorhees

I’m thankful for Jabz because…

…of the wonderful relationships I have been able to build with my Jabz community within this past year. Being a part of each and every one of their journeys has been so fulfilling and rewarding. That is my favorite part about what I do. My members make me so excited to come to work every single day! It doesn’t even feel like work, I’m thankful for that and for all of them.

What was your inspiration or motivation behind joining the Jabz brand?

The entire Jabz community was very inspiring to me from day one. When I joined Jabz I didn’t know what to expect, but after a few weeks I was hooked. I loved everything about it, the ladies I was working out beside each morning were so nice and welcoming. They pick you up when you’re down, they cheer you on when you need that push to get through. It inspired me so much that I soon after became owner of the studio.

What has been your favorite part of owning your Jabz business?

Loving what I do has been the most rewarding part about owning my own business. Many people yearn to own their own business to have the freedom to do whatever they want. For me that wasn’t the case. The fact that I get to come to work every day to empower other women and help them become a better version of themselves has been the most fulfilling part.
